Disabling USB Selective Suspend within Windows 10

Are you experiencing occasional and intermittent delays and/or disconnects of your USB connected SIM-PANEL Controller?

It's quite possible that the attached USB port may simply be getting suspended, or put to sleep by Windows at times in an effort to conserve power. You may wish to try disabling "USB Selective Suspend" by following these steps...

  1. 1. Open Control Panel (Windows Start->Windows System->Control Panel)
  2. 2. Select on Hardware and Sound.
  3. 3. Select on Power Options.
  4. 4. Select the Change plan settings link for the plan you're currently using. (If you change the settings on the power plan that isn't active, this won't work.)

  5. 5. Select the Change advanced power settings link.

  6. 6. Expand USB settings.
  7. 7. Expand USB selective suspend setting.
  8. 8. Select Disabled from the drop-down menu.

  9. 9. Select  "Ok" and close all dialogs.
  10. 10. Fully shutdown and restart computer..
Thank you and we sincerely hope you continue to enjoy your SIM-PANEL!
